All Sales Are Final
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on press-on nails once they have been shipped.
- Please double-check your order details (sizes, shapes, and designs) before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong set, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will happily replace the item or offer store credit once the issue is verified.
Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
Custom & Made-to-Order Sets
- All custom and made-to-order designs are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
